Independent Area Sales Reps

Independent Area Sales Reps (in our model known as "Zone Reps") can easily earn $1,500 to $2,000 per week selling "advertising" packages that help agents and homeowners SAVE THOUSANDS of DOLLARS when they sell their homes!

Follow our sales system and you can easily earn $75K to $100K per year, plus various bonuses and incentives.

NOTE: A real estate sales background is helpful, but not necessary. Former real estate agents have done extremely well in our business beginning the first month. You can too!

Advertising/Marketing Director

(available Fall of 2010)

Ideal candidate must be a jack-of-all-trades in all facets of advertising, marketing and strategic planning and most of all, be a creative, innovative, problem-solving, guerilla marketing guru. Our media mix will include print, direct mail, radio, TV, cable advertising, Internet, pay-per-click, trade shows, and more.

The ideal candidate is not only skilled, but is fascinated with tracking results in order to continually refine our marketing methods and strategies. Ours is a repeat and referral business, so programs aimed at increasing past client referrals are all-important.

Sales Managers

Our Zone Reps work geographical "zones" and groups of Zone Reps report to their Sales Manager/Coach.

Our current market expansion is resultant of a) the growing trend within our market niche, and b) the continued downward pressure on home prices forces sellers to seek commission-saving ways to sell their homes.

Sales Managers can earn $150K to $200K annually based on commissions, overrides and other incentives based on their team's production.

Part-time Corporate Account Reps

Our Corporate Account Reps work Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday from 10:30 am til 4:30 pm. This is a unique opportunity that can earn you $20 to $30 per hour with commissions and bonuses combined.
